• Breaks can last 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Reactivation is only possible after the selected period has expired.

Self-Exclusion

Available via the contact form.

• Restricts access to the account for longer periods.
• Available for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinitely.
• Marketing emails are paused.
• Temporary exclusions end automatically, while indefinite exclusions require a minimum of 6 months and a 7-day reflection phase to enable reactivation.

Permanent Closure

Contact customer service to close your account permanently.

• Permanent closures cannot be undone.
